FLEET SERVICING

Mechanics 2 U service many fleet customers vehicles. Each of our fleet customers have different requirements, which we accommodate as requested.

Our strengths as a fleet maintenance workshop are:

  • we have the latest diagnostic and scanning equipment
  • we can carry out log book servicing and will refer your vehicles back to the dealer if any warranty issues are found as these should be fixed free of charge by the dealer if within the warranty period/mileage
  • we understand the importance of keeping your fleet on the road. Our servicing is very thorough, at least 1.25-1.5 hours is spent checking and servicing the vehicle
  • we always call if something urgent requires attention for safety or insurance protection - i.e. brake fluid fails testing, tyres require replacement etc.
  • we will always carry out a 62-point safety inspection with every service and will list and items that require attention in the future, and also at the next service
  • we always call and obtain authorization if the vehicle requires more than an agreed amount decided on when the fleet account is created. i.e. some clients have a $300 limit and others may have a $500 limit per vehicle
  • we will not over-service your vehicles. If the air filter is listed down for replacement, but looks like it will last until the next service, we will list it for the following service
  • we have courtesy vehicles (all automatic) that we are happy to offer to our fleet clients so they may return to work without someone else dropping them off and bringing them back to collect their vehicle
  • we offer the Repco Nationwide Warranty - this means that if any of our parts fitted fail due to a warranty issue or faulty workmanship, the vehicle can be taken to any other Repco Authorised Repairer to have the problem rectified at no cost anywhere in Australia.Fortunately, we have not had a claim in the past 4 years since joining Repco Authorised Service
  • we can offer roadside assistance to your fleet vehicles at a cheaper cost than RACQ cover. The costs are $20 per vehicle for six months cover if required
  • we can offer a 30 day end of month account or alternatively we can accept Fleet Card and Custom Fleet
  • we will SMS directly to your driver to notify them that their vehicle is ready for collection
  • we can email invoices directly to your accounts department
  • we have very experienced and dedicated A-grade mechanics whom take great pride in their workmanship and have regular up-to-date training on all late model vehicles, diagnostic procedures, new updates etc.
  • we have four separate computer programs that we use to assist us with data information, log book servicing requirements etc. allowing us to provide you with the best service possible

Our fleet pricing varies depending on the volume of work provided and how often the vehicles require servicing. Hourly rate ranges from $80-$99 per hour, plus GST.
